Causticization of Soda / Kaustisasi Soda

一、工艺简介（Brief introduction of process / Pengenalan singkat proses）

1.目的及原理

苏打苛化的主要目的是将蒸发母液中析出的碳酸钠进行苛化处理，以回收苛性碱。苛化反应：

Na₂CO₃+Ca(OH)₂2NaOH+CaCO₃

1. Objective and principle / Tujuan dan prinsip

The main purpose for causticization of soda is causticizing sodium carbonate from mother liquor in evaporation process to recover caustic soda. The caustic reaction is: Na₂CO₃+Ca(OH)₂2NaOH+CaCO₃.

Tujuan utama dari kaustisasi soda adalah untuk memisahkan natrium karbonat dari mother liquor di dalam proses evaporasi untuk memperoleh soda kaustik. Reaksi kaustisasi soda adalah: Na₂CO₃ + Ca (OH)₂2NaOH + CaCO₃.

2.工艺流程简介

从蒸发工序出来的蒸发母液，进沉降槽，沉降槽溢流去矿石磨制工序，底流去混合槽；然后往混合槽里加石灰乳，充分反应后，在混合槽中通新蒸汽间接加热，进入带式真空过滤机过滤，滤饼外排，滤液去其他工序。

2.Brief introduction of process flow / Pengenalan singkat aliran proses

The mother liquor from evaporation process enter settling tank, the settling tank overflow go to ore grinding process, and the underflow goes to mixing tank; Then the lime milk is added to mixing tank indirectly heated by fresh steam, after fully reacting, then enter vacuum belt filter for filtration, filter cake discharge, and filtrate go to next processes.  which is indirectly heated with new steam. After fully reacting, slurry enter the vacuum belt filter for filtration. And filter cake discharge, filtrate goes to other processes.

Mother liquor dari proses evaporasi masuk ke settling tank, overflow dari settling tank masuk ke ore grinding process, dan underfow masuk ke mixing tank; kemudian lime milk ditambahkan ke dalam mixing tank yang dipanaskan dengan fresh steam secara tidak langsung. Setelah sepenuhnya beraksi, kemudian masuk ke dalam vacuum belt filter untuk difiltrasi. Filter cake akan di buang, sedangkan filtrate akan masuk ke proses lain.
