一、工艺简介(Brief introduction of process / Pengenalan singkat proses

1.目的

母液蒸发的目的是把分解送来的种分母液蒸发浓缩、调配成合格浓度的循环母液,确保整个氧化铝生产流程的液量平衡。

1. Objective and principle / Tujuan dan prinsip

The purpose of mother liquor evaporation is to concentrate the mother liquor from presipitation process to a qualified concentration of circulating mother liquor to ensure the liquid balance of the entire alumina production process.

Tujuan dari proses evaporasi mother liquor adalah untuk meningkatkan konsentrasi larutan induk dari proses presipitasi menjadi circulatong mother liquor untuk menjaga keseimbangan cairan dari seluruh proses alumina

 

2.工艺流程简介

碱液走向:原液从原液槽经泵P513送至预热器E502,利用C502的二次蒸汽引入预热器E502,将器内料液加热后,再进入蒸发器C502;釜液经泵P503送至预热器E501,利用C501的二次蒸汽引入预热器E501,将器内料液加热后,再进入蒸发器C501。从一效蒸发器出来的碱液靠压差进入料液闪蒸罐T501后经泵P514送至母液槽C509。

蒸汽走向:新蒸汽(表压0.5MPa的饱和蒸汽)进入一效蒸发器C501,一效蒸发器乏汽进二效蒸发器C502,二效蒸发器乏汽经大气冷凝器C507进入真空泵P512,闪蒸罐T501产生的乏汽进入二效蒸发器C502的直接预热器E502;直接预热器的蒸汽还有一部分来自本效蒸发器;冷凝水自蒸发产生的乏汽也进入蒸发器预热利用。

冷凝水利用:一效蒸发器产生的新汽冷凝水经自蒸发回收热量后经泵P515送至冷凝水检测站;二效蒸发器产生的冷凝水经一级自蒸发回收热量后经泵P516送至冷凝水检测站。

2.Brief introduction of process flow / Pengenalan singkat aliran proses

Flow of Alkali liquorThe raw liquid is sent from the raw liquid tank to preheater E502 through pump P513, and the secondary steam of C502 is introduced into preheater E502. After preheated in E502, the raw liquid enter evaporator C502; Then the liquid is sent to preheater E501 through the pump P503, and the secondary steam of C501 is introduced into the preheater E501. After preheated in E501, the liquid enter evaporator C501. The alkali liquor from the evaporator I enter the flash tank T501 by pressure difference and is sent to the mother liquor tank C509 by pump P514.

Flow of Steam: Fresh steam (saturated steam at gauge pressure 0.5MPa) enters evaporator I C501, exhaust steam of evaporator I enter evaporator II C502, and exhaust steam of evaporator II enter vacuum pump P512 through the atmospheric condenser C507; exhaust steam of flash tank T501 enter direct preheater E502 of evaporator C502; The steam of the direct preheater also partially from the local evaporator; The exhaust steam produced by the evaporation of condensed water also enter the evaporator for preheating utilization.

Condensate utilization: fresh steam condensate produced by evaporator I is recovered by flash evaporation and sent to condensate monitoring station using pump P515; The condensate produced by evaporator II is recovered by flash evaporation and sent to condensate monitoring station using pump P516.

Aliran alkali liquor : raw liquid dari raw liquid tank dipompakan ke preheater E502 melalui pompa P513, dan secondary steam dari C502 dimasukkan ke dalam preheater E502. Setelah dipanaskan dalam E502, raw liquid masuk ke evaporator C502; larutan kemudian masuk ke preheater E501 melalui pompa P503, dan secondary steam dari C501 dimasukkan ke dalam preheater E501. Setelah dipanaskan dalam E501, liquid masuk ke evaporator C501. Alkali liquor dari evaporator I masuk ke dalam flash tank T501 karena perbedaan tekanan dan dikirim ke mother liquor tank C509 melalui pompa P514.

Aliran steam: fresh steam (saturated steam pada pressure gauge 0,5MPa) memasuki evaporator I C501, exhaust steam dari evaporator I memasuki evaporator II C502, dan exhaust steam dari evaporator II memasuki pompa vakum P512 melalui atmospheric condenser C507; exhaust steam dari flash tank T501 memasuki direct preheater E502 dari evaporator C502. Steam dari direct preheater juga sebagian berasal dari local evaporator. Exhaust steam yang diproduksi oleh hasil evaporasi air kondensat juga masuk ke evaporator untuk preheating.

Penggunaan Kondensat: kondensat fresh steam yang dihasilkan oleh evaporator I diperoleh dengan flash evaporation dan dikirim ke stasiun pemeriksaan air kondensat dengan menggunakan pompa P515. Kondensat yang dihasilkan oleh evaporator II diperoleh dengan flash evaporation dan dikirim ke stasiun pemeriksaan air kondensat dengan pompa P516.
