一、工艺简介（Brief introduction of process / Pengenalan singkat proses）

1.目的

将铝矿石配入一定量的苛性碱液（循环母液+补充氢氧化钠）通过湿磨制成化学成分、物理性能都符合溶出要求的原矿浆。矿浆的制备要经过铝矿石破碎、配矿、入磨配料、湿磨等几道工序完成。

1. Objective / Tujuan

The aluminum ore is blended with a certain amount of caustic soda liquor (recycled mother liquor + supplemented with sodium hydroxide) to form a raw slurry which has chemical composition and physical properties in accordance with digestion requirements by wet grinding.The preparation of the slurry is completed by several processes such asaluminum ore crushing, ore blending, grinding ingredients, and wet grinding.

Bijih aluminium dicampur dengan sejumlah larutan kaustik (recycled mother liquor + natrium hidroksida yang ditambahkan) untuk membentuk raw slurry yang memiliki komposisi unsur kimia dan sifat fisik yang sesuai dengan persyaratan proses digestion melalui proses wet grinding.Preparasi slurry selesai setelah melalui beberapa proses seperti aluminum ore crushing, ore blending, grinding ingredients, dan wet grinding.

2.工艺流程简介

经过均化库混均后的铝矿通过皮带系统送至原料磨磨头铝矿仓，再通过板式给料机、皮带加入到棒磨机内；石灰（石灰仓）通过电子皮带秤、皮带加入到棒磨机内；通过管道送来的蒸发循环母液一起被加入到棒磨机内，磨出的矿浆通过泵池、中间泵打到水旋器分级，细度不合格的矿浆通过管道进入球磨机内进行细磨，球磨机磨出的矿浆进入泵池，合格的矿浆经回转筛、矿浆槽、矿浆泵送往溶出前槽进行下一步的溶出作业。

2.Brief introduction of process flow / Pengenalan singkat aliran proses

After the homogenization, the aluminum ore is sent to the aluminum ore bin through the belt system, and then added to the rod mill through the plate feeder and belt; the lime (lime bin) is added through electronic belt scale and belt into the rod mill; the recycled mother liquor sent through the pipeline is added to the rod mill together, the milled slurry is pumped to the centrifugal classifier through the pump pool and the intermediate pump, the unqualified fineness slurry enters the ball mill through the pipeline for fine grinding. Fine grinding is carried out inside ball mill, the slurry milled by the ball mill enters the pump pool, and the qualified slurry is sent to the pre-digestion tank through rotary sieve, slurry tank and slurry pump for the next digestion operation.

Setelah homogenisasi, bijih alumina dikirim ke aluminum ore bin melalui belt system, kemudian dimasukkan ke rod mill dengan plate feeder dan belt; kapur (lime) ditambahkan ke rod mill dengan menggunakan electronic belt scale dan belt; Recycled mother liquor disuplai melalui pipa ke dalam rod mill untuk diproses bersama bijih alumina dan kapur membentuk milled slurry. Milled slurry dipompa ke centrifugal classifier dari pump pool dengan menggunakan intermediate pump; di dalam centrifugal classifier, Slurry yang tidak memenuhi syarat fineness akan masuk ke dalam ball mill melalui pipa untuk proses fine grinding. Fine grinding dilakukan di dalam ball mill dan slurry yang telah digiling oleh ball mill akan masuk ke pump pool; sedangkan slurry yang memenuhi syarat fineness dikirim ke pre-digestion tank setelah melalui rotary sieve, slurry tank dan dipompa dengan slurry pump untuk proses operasi berikutnya, yaitu proses digestion.
